Quick Cut

Call it quackery, if you must. Is this kid qualified to clip? Looks like Sweeney Todd had nuthin' on him.

To any question, this looks like a quirky situation at best – and maybe even a potential quagmire.

One quick misstep, and this becomes a quest for the veterinarian, the pediatrician, and perhaps an arbitrator for the likely parental quarrel that might follow.

Could he be a Queensland Heeler? (Sorry. Had to tuck in a “Q” quip.)

In any case, it appears those in charge of adult supervision are quixotic at best. We quiver at the thought.
