Strange Shell Game

Say there. Sit a spell. Scan your spectacles at this scene. Someone seems to have shell shock. Or is that simply a singularly astonishing ‘stache? And is that a star atop his head?

Looks a little fishy to me. Maybe someone conch-ed this guy on his noggin.

Stop a second! Think he can hear the splashing sea?
