Tressed or Transgressed?

Here’s a hair-raising story worth clipping. Maybe these twins could enter the Clean Plait Club, but this is still a dirty trick. 

These two are definitely locked up. And they look a little like Wednesday Addams squared.

I know people talk about the perils of splitting hairs. But this is enough to make one’s hair curl.
