Maybe I was a little woozy and dehydrated, jogging along a
county highway. But this sign on a
countryside senior center cracked me up.
Take a look.
Here’s what it says:
TOPS MEET MONDAY 9 AM. FREE BREAD WED.
MEALS ON WHEELS DRIVERS WANTED.
By the way, TOPS is a diet and weight loss program. The acronym
stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly. And you can bet bread isn’t a top menu
item for TOPS participants.
Sometimes ya just gotta wonder ...
