This song us filled with the best intentions, as a mother
expressed her desire to identify with her own child’s images of the holidays.
Only it sounds sort of whiny.
Am I really the only one who
feels that way? And isn’t that sort of a role reversal?
Maybe moms need naps too – especially during the busy
holiday season.

Hey, kids. How can we all see Christmas Through Your Eyes?
Perhaps if we shut her own eyes for 40 winks, we really
could recapture a youngster’s sweet viewpoint for Christmas.
