Valentine’s Day: Freaky 14 Countdown #1 – Take Aim

C’mon, Valentine! Tell us it ain’t true!

February 14 may be a happy holiday highlight for many, as friends and lovers and other cherished ones swap sweet and sappy greetings. On the other hand, this occasion may be heartily horrific for plenty of people.

Maybe it’s sad to receive no Valentines at all, like poor old Charlie Brown. But sometimes a simple card can be the stuff of nightmares.

Starting today and running through Valentine’s Day, Delightfully Amiss is taking a closer look at some of the creepiest Valentine’s Day cards we’ve found. See if any of these ghastly greetings send a chill up your spine, instead of warming your heart.

The Valentine’s Day: Freaky 14 Countdown will present these stand-out greetings in fairly random order. See what you think.

Here’s the first entry.

What is this, William Tell meets Adam and Eve? Either way, it may strike fear to any Valentine sweetheart’s core. Even the most cherubic Cupid might see something wrong with this one.

And that dart, even if it's a rubber-tipped toy arrow, better not be pointed at anyone we care about. Who takes aim at a beloved one? (Sometimes there just isn't enough therapy in the world.)

  1. I usually do not leave a leave a response,
however I read a lot of remarks on "Valentine's Day: Freaky 14 Countdown #1 - Take Aim".
I actually do have 2 questions for you if it's okay. Could it be only me or do some of these comments appear like they are coming from brain dead people? :-P And, if you are writing at other social sites, I'd
like to keep up with anything fresh you have to post.
Would you post a list of every one of your social sites like your Facebook page,
