Valentine’s Day: Freaky 14 Countdown #9 – Not Im-Pressed

Here’s a Valentine’s Day riddle. When does freedom become time for flee-dom? The answer is simple after a glance at this creepy old card.

This guy is pressing limits, for sure. And his demure date seems none too pleased.

Hey, buddy.

Unwelcome caressing can be depressing, and overly progressing expressing can lead to redressing. Let there be no guessing or obsessing. Mischievous messing may cause significant stressing, instead of impressing. And all that oppressing is often distressing and may warrant confessing.

Excuse me, perhaps I am digressing.

Still, The United States Constitution's First Amendment’s got nuthin’ on this guy.

At least, he’s citing this fundamental American freedom out of context. You bet he is.

As a career journalist, I could stand on a soapbox with media moguls and spout against censorship. But this card could be canned.

Of course, the blushing maiden may choose to exercise her right to bear arms from the Second Amendment. You just never know.
